The newly constructed Lukaya market in Lukaya town council has been commissioned by Minister Magyezi.

The market will attract customers within Lukaya town council and the travelers on the Masaka-Kampala highway road.

Edward Ssimbwa, the commissioner of public structures at the transport ministry, said that they contracted Sumadhura Technologies Ltd to undertake the project.
